Scope, availability, price and delivery are confirmed before work begins. Orders, messages and delivered files stay accessible without a software subscription.
One site, one installation. The roof, the electrical, alternative designs and correction rounds all belong to that project. A different site is a new project, and a fork used for a different job counts against the account that receives it.
One credit activates one project and includes its final downloads. Nothing is spent until you confirm activation. Your first project is free for good; releasing its final downloads uses one paid credit.
