I just want the plans. Do I have to design them myself?
You design them in the platform, which takes minutes, not the hours of CAD you might be picturing. You place the system; the engine does the engineering. If your project is complex or you'd rather we draft it, request a custom design and we'll quote it.
Do you cover California?
Yes, with a straight caveat. The platform produces permit-ready plansets for California projects with live NEC checks, but California has some of the most specific requirements in the country (Title 24, CEC equipment lists, fire setbacks). Our deepest automatic AHJ coverage is in Florida today; for California specifics, ask first and we'll tell you straight what we cover, our engineers help, and if we can't produce what your project needs, your $40 is refundable.
Are these really permit-ready?
Yes. You get the full packet: single-line diagram, electrical, conductor schedule, structural, roof layout, BOM, and AHJ labels. The design check verifies it's complete and code-correct before you submit.
Can I get them PE-stamped?
Yes, as a separate service. Submit stamped or unstamped depending on your jurisdiction. Request a stamp in the app and we handle it; when we stamp a planset, we accept responsibility for it.
How much, and how fast?
